Appreciation is the elixir of creation

A somebody
becomes just another
body
when the heart ceases and brain cells die...
one can't stand …
we all know why …
then someone says …
let the body lay prostrate and guys junior preside …
the body lies in State …
at any rate all pass by the once somebody …
now just a nobody
motionless simple body…

that's why all say …
some day
a lion… a rat and all humans
will just lie, side by side
in the underground so cold

well now by warming earth …
they may transform the genes to natural form
as plants grow once again …
on the soil
a newer generation may toil
seek to be the new blessed
somebody's sons ...
okay …now daughters too,

till they also become simple bodies …
not many but few…
till then we must sustain our life
in human vein
till in another imaginary heaven

silently equally we all reign
live amicably but peacefully
in no skins that did once contain
now float just like apparitions
flying around the universal domain..
free as eagles soaring
in the vast blue sky …
oh earth
