CBT

CBT
was good for me.
I met BA
a man who changed my life,
the way I think
and how I deal
with life's challenges.
I learned to handle
the people in my life
with love,
respect
and with determination.
The therapy
that worked for me
revealed my favourite mantra
I am enough.
Indeed, I am.
The session,
so well constructed,
so nicely handled,
moved me
and caused me
to rethink the way I live.

I'm in a place,
a great great space,
in which
I am serene.
I'm peaceful.
I do not confront,
I deal.
I do not argue,
I communicate,
I solve.
I think like Tolle.
I feel like Dr Ruth.
I am me.

About This Poem

Last Few Words: Going through two therapy sessions changed my life and the way I think. It was the best decision I ever made. I am in a positive mindset and in the best situation. S told me that this was what clinical hypnotherapy was about, and I have experienced the effects that it has - all well worth it.
