Dear Santa (Weekly Contest)

I don't know if you have the time
to make stops in the hereafter,
but if you do, please
give our love to our mother

We all know you're magical;
chimneys, flying reindeer
and all of that,
so anything seems possible

You don't have to wrap it
or put a bow on it
or anything like that,
she already knows what it is

Sincerely,
Steven, Michael,
Jeffery, & David Too

What a nice sentiment

With a lot of folk missing loved ones since gone around the holidays, it can be depressing to think about. I’ve never thought about it this way before and I don’t know if I can go back now. I believe she got the message though because there is more than meets the eye out there at large in this vast universe.

This...

gave me a little twinge. My mom passed away a couple of months ago, this will be the first Christmas without her. She was 95 yrs. She has always been able to visit from the nursing-home or we to her. This says, "We love you Mom/Grandma!" I can hear the kids shouting that on her birthday! Yeah thanks. You made this happen in just a few, short lines. So good! ~ Geezer.

Sorry to hear about the loss

Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother Geez. Christmas is never the same after the loss of a parent, it's just that they are with us in a different way - changes, I suppose.
