A Dedication to my soft beautiful bed

Lying in the morning
under my weighted blanket
any my fluffy blanket,
I dedicate my stillness,
my peace,
my serenity,
to the soft, beautiful mattress
and bed base.
The warmth and pleasure of that feeling
opens me up
to a sense of calm
and relaxation.

So I lie there
with my soft, weighted
sleeping mask,,
I bask in the sense
of relaxation
and I snuggle
under the fluffy weighted blanket
in a sense of sheer delight.

What a beautiful location
to be in.
What a wonderful sense of
freedom I have
while under that warm, fluffy blanket.
There could be no better emotion
than the state of sheer serenity.

The first time I felt the pleasure
lying on my soft, deep mattress,
was six months ago,
after Bruce put me under
and I slept soundly through the night.
Now, I know what that peaceful slumber
feels like
every night
and even early in the morning,
as I gently wake
to greet the day.
