From the deep wood
I know you will tell me you are
somewhere
a window once held the frame of your face
I look at the wood that once held the deep secret of a forest
long gone to make the borders of this enclosure
the sun alone finds a way into
if only time could be undone through some kindness
mushrooms and the deep moss hide
before the sharpened ax fell to silence

Hi,
It's been too long, hope all is
stupendous, or at least close.
"they put in a parking lot"
your poem sent me off in song
thanks,
Richard
