Evolution

Evolution
just happens every day.
So says Dr Karl.
But I am spinning around
in the happiest way possible.
This time I am in charge.
I am the architect drawing up the plans,
the diagrams.
I am making the decisions.
I am setting the course of this vessel.
It is on me this time.

I am evolving totally.
My ideas are transforming.
The way I express myself is changing.
My creativity has emerged.
My writing has flowered
into many different forms..
My poetry defines me,
and the way I think and feel.
My journal releases the emotions
from deep within me.
I sing.
I have found another way to express my voice,
my authentic voice.

I am a calmer person.
I am a serene and peaceful person.
My gaze and focus
is directed to all the best parts of me.
Self-care and wellness dominate my life.
I am responsible for my actions.
All is well with the world.
