Family Tree

On each leaf is scripted
a poem to read,
based on the theme
Live and Let Live.

Rain gods shower them
with heartfelt blessings,
thankful to them
and the family tree.

The poems keep springing
on each merry branch,
tanning in sunshine
before they fall.

While they get blown
by the winds of change,
they rustle a song
while waving goodbye.

But I like the last stanza the most, it is touching.

for your good words. Honestly this was inspired by the picture of a tree on your Instagram page...

I leave the choice of as much or as little content you feel would be good to post on Insta, knowing that you would make sure that there is a connectivity between stanzas if it's more than a stanza...would it be on the same page where you have posted "Walls"?

all the new submissions will

all the new submissions will be pre-published in the folder only a few people of Neopoet including you have the access, comments and corrections are welcomed there.
In one week or later i will place them on Instagram, where corrections are not possible only deletion upon request.

A gift for all ages. It's so childlike and grown up at the same time. you are in the poem and you are not, it's private and public at the same time. What it means to be a poet...
