From the tiny bug atop highest tree,
to mighty Blue Whales in the deepest sea,

and all living creatures nestled between,
some harbored before us, most never seen,

from lands furthest East, to vast distant West,
during wakened hours, replenishing rest --

may The World behold a cleansing rebirth
of unblemished love, and sweet Peace on Earth!

If Only It Would...

A beautiful thought, simply stated. If only it would come true. Although it is the basis for a number of religions, it seems that the message has gotten lost. Let us hope that we all start to remember it.

Thank you for this beautiful reminder of what we all should be striving for.

Dearest Lavender,

although I cannot give the Solstice what I used to because of health, I still do it with love and candles. I celebrate the Yuletide. May you have a magical season!

Beautiful

This should be everyone's hope and goal. Bring back compassion and love and human decency. There is so much ugly in the world and your poem reminds us that there is still good and good people left. Thank you.
