Happiness

I know that I'm good enough for me today
I know the mistakes I made yesterday are lessons
I know some lessons take repeating the same mistakes
I know that I have little control
I know the control I do have lives in my thinking
I know I'm worthy of love because I love myself
I know self love is the root of my happiness
I know my happiness attracts meaningful relationships
I know these relationships perpetuate the habit of self love

Good Morning Starshine...

How different the world seems when you love who you are! I love who you are too. It makes my day when I wake up to the happiness of my friends. ~ Geez.

Hi and apologies

With the holiday and all the family in and out of town I have been a bit of a ghost. I appreciate you all very much and I derive a great deal of happiness from hanging out here with you. Everyday is new and I’m really making a conscious effort to alter my behaviors and habits. Happiness is an inside job as I’ve heard it said.
