HARMATTAN AMBUSHMENT

I have been ambushed
by events of this yuletide
every where i go chilly as the morgue
the celebrations has become celebrities

in this odious moment
the season has staged me
prey for the morning night
the carnivores harmattan hijacked ruthlessly

my lips and my flesh wisp in spiral course
like cracking German floor
