Hooters, phallic symbols and toilet humour

you may think me base and crude when I say
That i have-observed the down right sexist to the
Utterly lewd in our language

.They call breasts ta tas, they call them hooters
tits, boobs and puppies, they even give them names
Sometimes call them the twins

I have also taken note that society loves a good fart joke
And others of that ilk,
Even the most refined love toilet humour

Women it is known have names For men's Genitalia
such as dick , john Thomas and trouser snake,
and most gain a certain amount of mirth from their usage.

What would life be if we let the PC take over
And sanitise our vocabulary?
Most likely I'd say dull way to lead our lives in a bland world

Poetic?

More prose-like to me, dear. As at now, I'm watching an utterly demented movie wit such references put more subtly. I empathize with the sentiment of the piece, and share the disgust of such base use of language. That said, it is what makes more civil use of it distinct, and so, we can do away with sanitizing our speech.

But still I would love to see PCs do better than us at clean speech.

Dear Lou,

I agree with WSG on the format, I too think it should be formatted as prose. Your title drew me in, as I am a dirty minded old woman, LOL! As you already know I am not PC by any means. in your terminology, you forgot about "old one-eyed worm" and "skin boat" but I forgive you. ;)

Excuse me, my sides hurt too much from laughing....so I'll just leave this here:

Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority; and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

You also forgot Purple-Headed Yogurt Slinger, but that's OK. We still love you. =)

This poem was supposed to be a humorous comment on political correctness, I think I need to amp up the humour and maybe widen it to other areas where people are attempting sanitise the world.

Heyyyyyyy Guys!

is this a vocabulary building workshop or competition to checkout who is more accomplished at Thesarus for goody goody words? :)...so far i would rate Scribbler higher because he is referring to some Dicktionary to come up with a long list..i wonder though how everyone has forgotten about Bone?..:)

i guess Lou has started deliberately or unknowingly a handbook for some juicy savoury words..lol...
