A cleanest city in the world
becomes a wash room for cleaning the guts
for devils to meet and show to the world
how dirty minds get to work

worldwide media throng the place
to gather poop for the world to smell
a blend of toxins from east and west
for long had been in gaseous phase

the date and time and place was fixed
in a five star wash room on an isle
where both wouldn't pay for any bill
even for deodorizing their muck

the historic poop show is promised to be
a workshop by devils on how to cut a deal
mystery hangs like vapors in the air; about
which of those poops would be buttered

thanks for expressing your sentiments....mine was not an intent to hurt anyone's sentiments but to bring forth the irony that a president of the so called democratic superpower [known to lie plenty] wants to befriend another leader rather dictator known for brutalities...human rights violations and both trying to earn for their own sake brownie points....

PS: if the AC of Neopoet thinks I have crossed a line and erred they may throw me out

Not to worry

Neo has yet to remove anybody due to their political opinion. I take it you are not a big Trump fan? Neither am I. But we have to choose between either a demon or a devil and we sent the devil packing. And even though both parties in Singapore are far from angels perhaps we will be pleasantly surprised at the eventual outcome.........stan

Not me but the experts are saying that the Human Rights Abuser was a better negotiator who walked away with commitments and high praise from his counterpart who claims to be the best deal maker who returned with nothing but just words ...and a non committal comprehensive 1 page document...

by the way I am not a far right or far left person....the poem was from my reflective mind of realism...
