laughing stock [Limerick - November fun]

Is America getting weak
painting a picture bleak
a few thousand immigrants
become an irritant
making the POTUS shriek?

he feels fear is the key
for making them flee
calling it an invasion
a false accusation
his base cheers in glee

pointing finger at immigrants
they're terrorists he grunts
but the two who committed crime
not long ago but in recent time
are home grown and blunt

blaming media as biggest enemy
makes believe, not a parody
exception but is only Fox
rest of them go for a toss
a case of misplaced identity

thanks Geezer for reading and noted your comment....it is unfinished because the impact of his lies and rhetoric would be known in a few days....and what would happen when the caravan arrives on the border would be seen in about a month or more...
