Letting Loose
Communicating your thoughts
openly
confidently
with pride.
Getting the details out of your head
and emerging from your mouth.
Using the words
that give you a solution,
clearing the air
and making an outcome possible.
It's the entry to healing.
It's the opening to saying what you mean.
It's the beginning of relief.
It's the entry to therapy.
It's all of the above.
It is so much more than the
basic definition of communication.
One person speaking to another,
with a reply.
It is very, very profound.
Once you let loose
you expel all the ideas that
brought you down.
You establish
a strategy,
a way of dealing with
any issue or challenge.
It's only a problem
if you do not solve it.
You open your mind
to all possibilities.
You give yourself
a path to take.
And once you take that path
you're free.

The below is a computer-generated response from Neo, Neopoet's computer artificial intelligence:
The poem "Letting Loose" effectively conveys the importance and power of open communication and self-expression. The imagery of thoughts emerging from one's mind and being spoken aloud is vivid and engaging. The poem effectively captures the idea that communication is not just about exchanging words but also about finding solutions, healing, and personal growth.
One suggestion for improvement could be to explore more varied and descriptive language to enhance the imagery and emotional impact of the poem. Additionally, consider experimenting with the structure of the poem to create a more dynamic flow and rhythm.
Overall, "Letting Loose" effectively conveys its message about the transformative power of communication, but further development in language and structure could elevate the poem even further.

I try Cat. It depends on the day, doesn't it? You must put a positive spin, and say it is a challenge, but really, in truth, it is only when things are progressing nicely. When they don't, you have a problem. There is a man I know, whose thought is always omnipresent when I start to worry. He always prompts me by asking " Did all your worrying solve the problem?", and you know what Cat, he is totally correct. Now, instead of worrying, I pick up my mobile or I speak with someone about it and work out a solution. I no longer waste my time worrying. It is a waste of time. David is right
