LONELY NIGHTINGALE SINGS TONIGHT

When one is alone
it's only then
one feels really lonely
all alone

time weighs heavy
how to pass it by
when alone miserably

O poet you are not
the only one all alone
we most of us similarly moan
wish that you no more
stay alone

get a sweeter one
to jingle with thee
thy lips
eyes
memory
soul deep within

may we all pray too
none in this world is left
like you
singularly alone

lovely poem you composed
see I kept my promise
returned
your poem now has a friend
in me earned

o poet you will never ever
again feel
ALONE

you have...

written something that touches a heart full of lonely. My only criticism is that the last line of verse four should be [within], not broken into two parts. Good work! ~ Geez.
