MIDNIGHT SUMMERS
MIDNIGHT SUMMERS
midnight summers, sultry dreams
feverish thrashing among silken sheets,
living the moment ravished by the ecstasy
of another heart beating into your own.
sad morning epiphany – all will end in
a sudden flash of Time.

hello,
the last line is very true...but while we are still here, we should live to the fullest, as the rest of your poem suggests! I love it!!!
