Never Enough

I envy our dogs faces
as they crunch their noisy treats.
Chewing with open mouths,
seemingly as loudly as they can.

Their joy is not possible to overlook.
Even before they have finished,
they secretly hope for another.

Never Enough

Hello, Michael,
You've described the joy perfectly. I always admire how they are so joyful with such small gifts.
Thank you!
