Only Time Will Tell
Two hearts that beat separate when apart.
Both broken
Confused
Scarred and Scared.
Two souls searching for answers
Each making choices
Looking for answers
Unsure of their future
Still caring for the other
Denying the pull
Where will their paths lead?
Can this friendship survive?
Are they growing apart?
Are they changing for the better?
Will two hearts be joined?
Will families be blended?
Will the two separate hearts become one?
Only Time Will Tell What the Future Holds

carefully written
a strident poem..its not taking timid steps
the seven questions marks
todays new world
where everyones careful
a quest poem
I liked its composure
and composition
well written
three hearts placed three times
at least the poem is about
people that know of each
not just alone
..like poetry relationships
have their character
still a hopeful piece
