Resemblance

Connect with the rhythm of nature,
in its moods we discover
shades of life
in all their true colors
resembling mine and thine

hey bard, how another one has been born, mine or thine
then divine thou and thy, and why not "I"
Hey loved is becoming psychic,
well I never would have thought it.
There was me thinking he was as straight laced as the rest,
Now he dabbles in those realms of spirits.
Your write Joined in with the expression of think in colours, well done, though maybe a little to simplistic,
I shall have to send a seeker to Loved he is hearing things that I have not said lol,
Yours as always Ian.T

Thank you for the visit and your comment. "Simplistic"?...honestly i had never looked at it that way. Now that you say it, it does appear to be simplistic to me. But so is the message too I tried to convey through this poem, isn't it?

I have probably been hearing the old time religionists shouting out, this is fine as the others say, though would like a little more conviction in the overall message,
Yours as always Ian.T

Ian

Noted your observation, though honestly I am unable to comprehend what exactly made you feel it lacks conviction.

The color of us...

[Meaning]; Colors what and how we see, so that we become the color from the inside-out. ~ Gee
