Is that you should request the raw truth.

It is entirely up to you but I, for one, will never critique anything that is asking for anything less than the raw truth.

We all have to operate at our level of comfort, but you should know the moderate criticism you receive will be less valuable to your growth as a writer.

I like this short poem
grounded
with good sound perspective
and feel

i remained at the post while my
life crashed about me too
took four years..
i am changed....for the better
a tough old go somethings

Of course I won't critique your write, which I see more as an introduction than a genuine attempt at poetry. I hope to interact with you in the future. If you are not writing much new stuff at the moment, may I suggest you post some of your old works which will be new to people like me. If you do that you can also include some history, when it was written, whether it gained much feed back, that kind of thing.

Lovely to see you here again, I notice that you say there have been changes in your life.
Life is hard sometimes, but always remember that we are here for you.
I have been here many years now and have worn many cloths in my writing, I miss Nevermore I hope you have returned with her.
Digit has been away and there has been little news , even Killer has gone quiet.
They are due another beach party, will you pick the venue this time I shall take notes and send Digit an invite also I will talk to Gee to see if Killer can take a break and join us???
There are many thongs in this life that wear us down but in writing we can heal,
