reveiller le tigre
humerus scapula ulna brachia
slither down the throat purring
throbbing cut off
the hesitant diaphragm
strangled breath
and the eyes drink in the motion
the pause
the wet lash blinking
the slow turn of the
throat
jugular
the darkness
swirls like snowflakes
falling
the tendril hairs
raising
on the flesh
swooning
smitten with
a bright cause
the puff of breath
released like
a halo
and the stillness
as the wind
carries freshets
of scents
the creek
distant
the perfume
abundant
Lulu Beauty
the cedars are crying
the mists
drizzling
down their slender
necks
the claws unsheathed
on padded steps
as tender as
the unseeing clouds
above the whip wires
that moan in the winds
dilated nostril
inhaling the
delicious
veal
the dreams
of terror
like a carnival meal
....

A great write, really into the creature, you describe things others would love to be able to see and write about.
Yours as always Ian..
