RHYKU

The screen's fading glow
is like memories dissipating
as I rise and finally go
to my warm bed awaiting

Rhyku- a new,I think, form similar to Haiku in which brevity in form is used but in which at Least 2 lines contain rhyme.Does not matter which 2. Limitation in number of lines is 3 minimum and 4 maximum and length of each line to not exceed 7 words. Give it a try and see if you like it lol...............stan

WEll, actually I DID just make up this form and rules lol. It is kind of a Haiku for rhymers and those who don't count syllables. Still has rules, just different rules. Bet you could write a better one...........stan

My goodness, I just realised I was writing Rhyku over three decades before you just invented it!
Here's one I wrote for a dimunitive young lady a long time ago. Lol!

SHORT AND...

Two eyes, two lips
Two hands two feet,
Very short
And very sweet.
