the second look......
and in the time it took..
I watched the gentle curve
or your cheek
the shadow neath
your jawline
the swerve of hair
in the lights
so much gleaming
in the quiet gleaning
and the jumble of the day
lingers in the stumble
the stars like jewels
shine
and ermine winter
lays soft across
the years
and catchs frozen
all the tears
of the frustration
of the rage
and so it is
that here
where night
will find
my footsteps
where dreams
will fill my soul
and categorize
the being of my heart
I remember you
forever
and
ever

I am...
always amazed at the depth of feeling that I get from your work! Your sparseness of words, yet the emotion that is elicited. Funny, but I just realised, that I never see your vision in color! I don't know if this is purposeful, or just a product of the method, but I like it. ~ Your friend, ~ Gee

black and white and sepia
I love colours
lately in the cold here in the north at dusk
there is a blue and a violet just before nightfall
when the sun sinks just beneath the edge
wonderful and deep hued
I prefer black and white though
for the most
when I had a digital camera (I dont anymore)
I took mostly black and whites
"Product of the method"
Your powers of observations and immense feeling
in your own well written poems

I am disapointed
This lacks the depth, visual strength and emotional impact I've come to expect from your work.
Expectations are a bitch, eh.

drawing again
before christmas I was commissioned to do
a sketch of detail I did it in pencil and it turned
out excellent She was crying as it was a
personal peice for her family
and then on small cardstock I carry or find
I sketch with black ink a graphic art style
sparce with dark background and shadows
(listening to Joy Division's "shadowplay")
so maybe it just carries over in thoughts
sometimes
