Things to do before you die

Gonna drive me a train
Gonna leap from a plane
Gonna climb me a mountain or two
Gonna dive for some wrecks
Gonna have awesome sex
Gonna go for a break in Peru
Gonna cruise on the Nile
Gonna eat crocodile
Gonna go down the rapids by raft
Gonna fly a balloon
Gonna go to the moon
Gonna stop being so flamin’ daft

I like what...

you did with this one. ordinarily, I would say that there were too many Gonnas, but the rhythm went very nicely. Short lines, made for easy cadence. ~ Gee

You Gonna do all these things best hurry up the end of the world is Nye lol

Where about's are you in Norfolk My father's family came from Dereham they were a little like Private Ryan but in the first world war, Seven brothers out there fighting and they as opposed to Private Ryan only lost one of the Brothers. He is buried in Jerusalem but on the war memorial of Dereham -- Jesse James Howard, strange world we live in.
My Father must have been within a few hundred yards of where his Brother died as he went through Jerusalem during those years.

Makes you think of things what to do where to visit etc: to fulfil a life.
You take care and message where you are it is of interest, Yours Ian.T

Ian, I'm over half way

Ian, I'm over half way through the list and with a bit of luck the rest will follow shortly.
I used to live in Dereham and was there today, so I checked out the war memorial and sure enough there was Jesse James.

Thanks,... Jesse James....That was the only uncle we lost in that 14-18 Great war they called it. How the hell can you call War Great??????
Dereham that is where my Father came from and after the war he went to Wiltshire where he set up home with Mum.
Thanks for the visit they would know that you were there yet they are not.
Many rest in fields without a sign to say they passed that way, I would love to go to Jerusalem to see his physical resting place but I know very well he is not there. I may write a piece on them.
Thanks again young man, Yours, Ian.T Howard

My uncle Harry died on d day,

My uncle Harry died on d day, he was one of the first ashore and he was hit by an artillery shell within minutes of landing. They never found any remains. I promised my dad that I'd go to the Bayeux memorial to pay my respects, perhaps I'll pop over on the bike one weekend.

Actually I watched the film

Actually I watched the film again last week, which is what prompted this piece of nonsense.

Lets just say that the things on the list I haven't done are, going to the moon (if it gets cheaper I might)
Diving for wrecks, I don't do underwater. Peru, maybe next year. The Nile cruise was booked for next week but had to be cancelled. Eating crocodile, if its on the menu I'll give it a go, and as for not being daft, that aint never gonna happen.
