Slipping away we lose the days

You’re not losing the days
You’re living your days. I know what you accomplish in any given day because we’re friends so let me tell something unequivocally…it’s enough. You’re enough. Trust me as your friend. You’re doing fine.

Hi Cat
Time...it goes so fast. Things change as they must, even if it's difficult. How grateful I am for certain memories and I wonder where time has gone...

dear Carrie,
time slows for those horrid moments that break either our bodies or our minds and hearts. rarely for the quiet times. I wish you all the best.

Hi Cat
Thank you. Things are and will get better. I just do a lot of reflecting these days ..looking inward...

dear Carrie,
I understand. reflection is part of the growth process. I am doing a bit of that now-a-days.

I am reminded of...
how much everything has changed, every day. Being nearly 75 yrs. of age, and looking back, I wonder at the time that has slipped away. I try to remember the first time for lots of things and reflect on how differently the world looks upon things that were supposed to be concrete. Now, things are constantly in flux, and moving faster and faster. I am in awe of the things that young people like you are capable of, and amazed that you manage to accomplish so much. You have my sincere admiration,
[the daughter I never had]. ~ Geez.

Time show us what we missed and also what we have left

That it does
And to make the most of what you have left .
