Treasure

You gave me the first
blossom from the tree

wrapped with the
smile on your face.

I wore it in my hair
until it wilted,

but saved your smile,
like a jewel

folded in a white napkin,
tucked safely inside

my most guarded heart.

Dearest Lavender

This is so tender . Beauty, love appreciation for the partner shines out. Such love is a real "treasure" or this is how at least I see it.
Keep your heart filled with all these raw sweet feelings.
Much enjoyed
