What Flowers Know

My thoughts, difficult sometimes,
compete with the flowers all about me,
offering their hues to the sun above.

The petals seem to understand
small wonders can be anywhere,
and attempt to share their wisdom
in bracing fields, in every shade of bloom.

What Flowers Know

Hello, Michael,
I see in your last few words this is how you heal sometimes. I agree. Nothing is as nurturing for our hearts, minds, and souls as the wisdom of nature. A peaceful, calming poem.
Thank you!
