04/24 Waiting In Line

What I keep saying to those standing in front of me

The last thing you wanna do
Is waiting in a queue
Sweating,
With numbing feet,
Time reluctantly passes
Be wise , think about it
Do not hesitate

Whatever you're waiting for
It s not worth it
So,
quit it
I know you shan't regret it.
I'll take the burden off
and wait in the queue
Instead of you

This was my favorite today. I wish only that fear had not such powerful sway. Thank you I will try to take your advice. Another
wonderful emancipating poem.

You can wait there for me. I'm venturing courageously into the treasures held within the unknown.

Hesitation is the close counterpart of fear. I love this poem. It puts things in their proper
perspective for my current situation. I know now that I must no longer act as a child
and make important decisioins.
