Witchcraft

Whose multi chambered heart
Longing, brings forth new spring
Reaching senselessly to her light
From the cold and reckless earth

Whose understanding omnipotent
fears not the dark foreboding
She drinks in it’s black liquor
Transmutes poison to antidote

Whose touch, once delivered
Kindles billions of tiny fires
The blistering sun and the cover of shelter
Life giving rain and tides under moon

Whose love is boundless
Timeless and pure
Surrounds and pervades
When I walk through the door

Whose eyes reside tearless
Around every bend
Whose skin is the comfort of
Home at day’s end

I am drawn...

to this piece by the enigma of who it is written for as much as the why. Multi-chambered heart seems to be a clue. Your adoration is obvious, but unclear as to the target. ~ Geez.

So Grateful

You all have been so supportive and kind. I feel like I’ve found a very special place here and I am flattered beyond words at the endearing comments I see attached to my poems. What’s more, this high praise is coming from writers that I love to read. Almost like Burroughs or Bukowski or Frost giving me a pat on the back.

So much love,
Tim

We appreciate...

and reciprocate, the deep emotions expressed. We are family, and hope that you will always find it so. You have been equally kind to the writers here, and especially those who read you with regularity. I have been a part of Neo. for almost fifteen years now, and still find joy when I get the love, so keep it coming! ~ Geez.
