Yellow butterflies

I keep seeing yellow butterflies;
They flutter by in my back yard;
In uncut grasses,
They flutter by.

I'm drawn to yellow butterflies,
Fluttering in my backyard;
They appear out of nowhere,
They flutter by.

I've seen feathers when I nature walk;
I took one and kept it;
I didn't know why,
I took it home with me.

I've felt soft touches on my shoulder;
I've see shadows in corner of my eye;
I've heard taps, knocks and soft voices;
I have no fear.

I've seen a colorful rainbow
Appear ahead of me;
Riding home I watched it;
An angel guarded my house;

I'm free as yellow butterflies
That flutter in my backyard;
Out of nowhere an angel
My dad is okay passed on.

I like this...

I have the same kind of feeling for white butterflies. One little thing; I would reverse the 4th-5th quatrains around. Seems like it makes more sense that way. ~ Gee.

Dear Barbara

A lovely write of awareness, and of a belief that there is much more to just us physical creatures scratching the Earth.
Journey on young lady and never fear those things you can only feel, they are more real than reality.
Love to you and all yours, Ian.xx

When I was in Africa, there was a certain few days in the year when the butterflies would appear. As the Monarch butterfly of North America they would migrate each year in a continuous stream, they would take three days to pass, these were the Yellow ones am not sure if the same as yours, but also not sure if yours are not aports, these appear they say from Spirit, in the form of feathers tiny pieces of gold or metal in many shapes.
In my journey I have encountered only one so far and that was when cleaning out the fire place in the morning and there in the ashes was a tiny golden fairy, but this is open to ridicule so that's that.
There are many things we cannot understand but I guess one day we will understand all these things,.
My son calls me Papillion the Butterfly I hope not the little dog lol
Take care lovely lady, let dreams be your secrets of the night not reality of the day,
Yours as always Ian xx

Real talk

I think they from spirit world too. Because I've been seeing nothing but yellow one since my dad died. I'm not bout ridicule on this one. I'm new to spirituality nature and spirits. Not so fearful when you have truth.
I'll put pic in my profile of the ones I see in my yard.

Hi Barb

Isn't it strange how we so often associate something in nature with loved ones who have made their final journey. I think "rainbow" might should be rainbows or "a" rainbow. Other than that this is likely one of your best......stan

Thanks Stan

I agree it should be a rainbow. I made the change. Glad you like it. I'm still learning to write like you and the other experts here
