heyy!! some things about me are that i love worms, silverware, and cowboy boots. and wildflowers and my mom and holding people’s hands. and the word “and” and the color orange and talking to strangers in the grocery store. ultimate frisbee, hot coffee, cutting hair at midnight.

i’ve always been a word guy. the kind of kid likely to get in trouble for staying up too late reading. i lover grammar and punctuation and talking about connotation, and i love people and a good story. i am perusing a degree in comparative world literature, and i couldn’t be more excited!

the phase of life i’m in feels full of change and uncertainty, and i’m seeking ways to come back to art, artistry, and a version of myself that i’ve loved and left behind! i’ll be reading a book each month, making a zine each month, and, as i hope you’ll see, writing a poem each month. i’m telling you all of this to hold myself accountable to it! hello and thank you and cheers!
