I’m a writer, artist, spoken word poet with an addiction to words lyrics and all things inspiring. I love poetry it’s a way to tell a story in an abridged form. Most of my poems are about mental illness and invisible disability. However, I do have a lighter side which I love to share too, just to restore balance. My abstract paintings are another way to express discord with a world gone mad. I love music and will over indulge myself with any genre of music. Bob Dylan, James, cash, Nina Simone use lyrics that sing to my soul, restoring my frequency realigning my equilibrium.
