"Extra! Extra! Read all about it!"

Not a crock of ... but bull heave me,
you heard (read) right here from me
the horse's mouth,
who never neigh says,
cuz Trump (unexpectedly)
nixed presidential ambitions...
to pursue lifelong
management job at McDonald's,
nevertheless rival Burger King
courtesy a turncoat,
who cozied up
to Escherichia coli electronic bug
hidden in dem Golden Arches
got inside scoop and
offered an undisclosed
jaw dropping dollar figure.

The Future

Sitting around wondering ,I raise my mind . No hope still.life keeps on turning . Poverty is miserable ,dreams are disease. Visions & missions turned to illusion. The world so cold, trapped from the sky so old, while the president seems so bold. we have destroyed the natural for survival.

The Final Stop

Oh, may I sit beside you?
Tonight, I miss the ones
Who’ve reached their final stop.

I carry a suitcase,
Filled with things left unsaid—
But they left no address
To send my last letter.

The empty seats start to tear
As the train doors stand in salute
To those taken on a journey
With no tickets left for sale.

I shout, "Wait for me!"
But the conductor halts me,
Saying, "It’s not your time yet."

You Lived Then You Die

I've heard...
One day you will understand
And...
One day time will heal it all
Full ten years...
Gone and forever
And I'm still thinking, remembering, missing, crying
Desperately for only a minute
I'm not strong, I'm not healed, I bleed and I'm lonely
Everyday I miss and I'm numb, so numb
That everything around me
Doesn't make sense
I see movement everyday
Pain, is what I deserve
Because forever we promised
You were killed
And he was to strong

Forgiven

We believe we own our land.
We own nothing.

We believe we have a country.
There are no borders.

We believe we have religion.
We have exclusions.

We believe since we always walk upright,
we are superior.
We foolishly destroy Earth and neglect all living beings,
great and small.

We believe we have time.
We have limited time.

And if we don't believe we can change.
Mother Earth will convalesce without us.

Little do they know

They say if you have a cancer
You need to cut it out before
it spreads
I nod

They say I need to forget you
But your name is engraved
on my mind
Our memories inked in every page
of my brain, permanently

I'm supposed to hate you but
the thought of you brings me joy
I see your face in my mind's eye
And I can't help but smile

The Night's persona

As the moon lies
On a blanket of twinkling stars
Every creature
Young and old
Broken or whole
Scatter from the cold
Seeking refuge
In Mother Nature's hold

As a mother rocks her baby
To an innocent slumber
A butterfly in it's cosy cacoon
You're probably wondering about the racoons
They're safe under the light of the moon

The corpses lay still in their tombs
A little dead, a little gloom
the lillies don't bloom

Crystal Mask

It's a crazy life
fate is so unfair
and this is how it began
all broken down
all torn apart

My heart is as strong as a Summer storm
it's a curse bestow upon me
this is my crystal mask

As I lift my wings of bitter sweet freedom
I hold the darkness of my heart in my hand
passed mistakes I have learned from
yet every forbidden falls into my fatal slumber

Weight of the Crown

Tell me about the fool
Who told you that you must
Carry on alone.

All they want is to watch you wander,
Lost in the city of despair,

Spitting out their lies,
Chasing dreams down alleys
Where no streetlights burn.

You'll meet walls,
Cross broken paths,
And be a frequent guest
In disappointment’s suite.

But know this:
They don't define you.
They're just tourists,
Crowding the sidewalks
Of your broken heart.
