Shadows encircled as baited traps,
Soul sucking demons, silence welcomed.
Choking and acrid to all the senses,
Lingering beyond all rhyme or reason.
And then as if abducted by light,
Darkness vanished without a trace.
Leaving a shiny bloom of joy,
It would be comedic if it weren't true.
The contrast enough to blow minds,
Or to stand up as a great deception.
But then I awakened from despair,
Upon a cloud of nothingness.

Rats with long tails,
clowns with rainbow hair,
dogs with ferocious fangs
and massive men with
bitty beards,
tarantulas with hairy legs
and Dwelf cats,
but what scares me most
is a life without you.

You found me with your machine.
I was never meant to be uncovered.
You gazed. I felt your heart beat.
I heard greed in your breath.
Your imagined trophies,
and my life done.
I was pushed into the earth,
forgotten, until now.

There is no reason why
I should not love you

I should not be your friend
There is no reason why
I should not care for you
There is no reason why
I should not take care when you are sick

The best things in life
happens in the quiet
and stillness
of our minds and souls.
It has always been that way
for me.
The best people come into my life
in a calm way.
They are just there,
and at the right moment
in time.
The sense of self
emerges from that serenity.
The ability to think
and seek out clarity
comes from that feeling.
All the deepest emotions
emerge
from that stillness.

Round and round
like a turn table.
Out of this world
out of your mind!

Something happened,
before you were born.
Simple chemistry,
you had no control over.

Your initial thought,
has GOD lost his mind.
Rejecting dominance
expounding your freedom!

With rage and anger,
you raise your fist
to the heavens.
This plan GOD made
just dosen't fly!

Days grow long now,
Autumn too warm
Even at lunchtime.

Bare poplars, an earth dial
Throw time across the path

I steep the thoughts inside

Day claimed.

Lying in the morning
under my weighted blanket
any my fluffy blanket,
I dedicate my stillness,
my peace,
my serenity,
to the soft, beautiful mattress
and bed base.
The warmth and pleasure of that feeling
opens me up
to a sense of calm
and relaxation.

So I lie there
with my soft, weighted
sleeping mask,,
I bask in the sense
of relaxation
and I snuggle
under the fluffy weighted blanket
in a sense of sheer delight.

One hand never claps
Orchestra in harmony
The echo fills the air

His fingers danced with the keys,
so hard, his breath, it blew.
The wind brought out the music,
and memories of you.

Each and every song he played,
took me farther back.
The saxophone breathed low,
put me in the sack.

We traveled down to New Orleans,
around the countryside,
Texas prairie, Arizona,
sure had a hell of a ride.

We fought and loved the way they say,
in the movies that you see.
Always making up for something,
that was you and me.
